Suicide Prevention Training

Suicide is a hard topic to talk about, but it is okay to ask someone if they are thinking about suicide. Asking someone this question won’t pressure them into doing it.

Openly communicating about suicide helps to reduce the stigma and encourages more people to ask for help when they need it.

To help someone who is thinking about suicide, you can take around 30 minutes out of your day to complete Zero Suicide Alliance’s Suicide Prevention Training.
